Day 1… Numb.

I woke up today feeling okay except for a little headache. Had a telecon in the morning, ate breakfast, brushed my teeth, worked, listened to music, danced a bit (I couldn’t help it, Be With You by Cranberries was playing), had dinner with a friend, came home, and watched Die Hard 4.0 while eating half a pint of strawberry ice cream. It was a normal day, except for those unguarded moments when I realize that I really don’t have a plan. I could be like this indefinitely, and that means putting the friendship on indefinite hold. But then, maybe I don’t need a plan. Maybe I don’t need to think at all.
What the heck. I’ll sleep it off and maybe the sun will come out tomorrow, literally and figuratively speaking.
